ThunderClan, the brave and loyal
RainClan, the fast energetic,
LightningClan, the stealthy and daring,
TempestClan, the intelligent and wise.

The four Clans have lived in peace for many moons. Prey runs abundant, the water runs fresh, and twolegs stay well away from the Clans. But peace is always interrupted by trouble. A group of cats as large as three cClans arrive and settle not far from the Clans. This causes tension among the cats, which leads cats to fight against each other, even within their own clan. As the fighting rages on, it leads to the shedding of blood and the expansion in StarClan's ranks. As the clans weaken themselves by fighting, the Tribe of Rising Storm bides their time and wait to strike and kill the remaining cats and claim the land as their own. As the hardship goes on, the medicine cat apprentices recieve a prophecy from the former leaders of the clans:
"Those who are truely loyal, quick,
energetic, and wise must band together
and face the Rising Storm,
because together you must stand,
but divided, you will all fall."
